COVID-19: Policies and Changes
Each winery in Door County has their own policies and restrictions.
As information may change quickly we recommend checking with individual wineries before your visit.
As of June 1st, 2020:
Door 44 Winery
Currently open daily 10-6pm. Wine flights as well as wine by the glass or bottle available to be purchased for consumption outside. No tasting is offered inside. Inside open for shopping, a limited number of people at one time. Tours are currently not offered.
Door Peninsula Winery
Outdoor pavilion open daily 10am to 5pm and offers free wine tasting of select flights, wine by the glass, limited distillery tasting, and product shopping. Inside tasting and shopping available 9am to 6pm. A face mask is required to enter. Tasting bars are limited to 10 people on one time with social distancing. Face masks may only be removed in designated tasting areas, where there is plexiglass up, and must be put back on before reentering the store. Tours are currently not offered.
Harbor Ridge Winery
Open 10-6 Monday-Saturday and 10-5 Sunday. In-store shopping permitted, masks are required. Modified tastings/flights and wine by the glass available to be consumed on the patio.
Lautenbach's Orchard Country
Open 9:30am-5pm daily for in-store shopping and modified tasting on the patio. Masks required indoors. Tours are not offered at this time.
Red Oak Winery
Open 10am-5pm daily. Tasting or a limited number of people at one time is offered. Outdoor seat available.
Simon Creek Winery
Open daily 10-5. Masks required inside with limited number of people allowed in at once. Tasting held inside at the socially distanced bar. Outdoor purchase of wine by the glass or bottle available. Tours currently not offered.
Stone's Throw Winery
Tasting room is open daily 10am-5pm. Grounds are available to guests for food and wine.
von Stiehl Winery
Open daily 9am-5pm for a modified tasting experience and in-store shopping. Face masks are required. Tours are not offered at this time.
